Role: Property Administrator (Part-Time)

Location: Inverurie

Contract: Permanent

Duration: Approx. 9 months

Salary: £12.64 per hour

Overview:
Our client, a well-established property-focused organisation is seeking a part-time Property Administrator to join its Inverurie team on a job share basis. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, well-organised, and thrives in a client-facing, fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key part in supporting residential property sales and providing outstanding administrative and customer service support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate property valuations and marketing appointments with property consultants.
  • Schedule and liaise with viewing agents for property appointments.
  • Handle general enquiries and assist with property marketing in line with internal procedures.
  • Support negotiations and manage offers received on properties.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the team to ensure smooth progression of property sales.
  • Promote additional in-house services where appropriate.
  • Perform general reception duties, process payments, and assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Working Hours:

17.5 hours per week
Thursdays and Fridays (9:00am – 5:00pm)
Every second Wednesday (9:00am – 5:00pm)
Flexibility to cover job share partner’s holidays is essential.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front-facing administrative or property sales role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive and professional attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with property systems/databases.
  • Good local knowledge of the Inverurie and surrounding area is a plus.
